1: A section of midtown manhattan on west 42nd street. It is known for its bright lights, and carnival like appearence. It is currently the home to the theater industry, and formerly, the sex industry. It is also a major contributor to the tourist industry. Until the 1990's, times square was seedy. Times square has been home to streetwalkers and showgirls since the beginning of the 20th century. In the 80's, crack made times square a very dangerious place. In the 90's, Mayor Guliani transformed it from a red light district/ theater place, into a very tacky, disny like bunch of streets.

1: A part of new york city with too many tourist. lots of shiny light and stores.

1: When a male squats over his sleeping partner with a flashlight shining on his balls. He then tickles her face until her eyes open. When they do he starts counting down like NYE on New Years while lowering his balls closer to her face. When his balls land on her face he screams "Happy New Year!"

1: A term used when someone royally forgets something or when they Drop the Ball. Time Square in New York City on New Years Eve has a ball that drops to signify the entering of a new year.

1: When you are walking down the street and stupid foreigners stop in front of you because the light is red, even though there are no cars coming.

1: A place in NYC usually filled with a lot of lights and people asking for money if you take pictures with them.

1: A metaphorical location where no one is ever late, there is always a clock around when you need one, and you always have enough time for everything no matter how many things you need to do Timely Square is likely a parody of Times Squares in New York
